As an energy medicine practitioner, I found that the less-concentrated options on the market did not meet my needs. I created a stronger formula to offer effective support for both energy cleansing and energy protection.  After returning from a pilgrimage to Ireland, I came to understand its profound role in spiritual renewal, energetic cleansing and the release of energies that no longer serve me.

These smudging sprays are highly concentrated, so you only need a small amount each time.

Rosemary is used as an energetic cleanser.

It has properties to are known to protect against illness, stimulate and strengthen the mind, energize and uplift ones mood, encourage clarity and help alleviate fatigue and stress.

Black Pepper

Black pepper has a fresh, dry-woody aroma with warm, spicy notes. It is associated with the following energetic and uplifting qualities:

  • Releasing blocked energy.
  • Helping protect the energy body from negative energy.
  • Easing feelings of fear, fatigue, and low mood.
  • Encouraging energy and motivation for change.

Cedarwood

Cedarwood acts as a fixative, slowing the evaporation of the other essential oils to help the scent last longer. It anchors the blend, bringing the oils together in a cohesive, balanced fragrance.

The cedar tree is associated with strength and faith, making cedarwood a meaningful choice when preparing for sacred work. It is also associated with an optimistic outlook on whatever outcome you face and is considered a valuable grounding oil.

Frankincense

Frankincense has a deep, resinous, coniferous aroma with slightly peppery notes and a balsamic undertone.

It is associated with calming and uplifting the spirit and encouraging slower, deeper breathing.

Lavandin Grosso

Lavandin Grosso is a reviving yet soothing oil that may help ease fatigue, nervous tension, and difficulty sleeping.

Litsea

Litsea has a fresh, lemony, fruity aroma that is uplifting, refreshing, and rejuvenating.

Wild Orange

Wild orange has a sweet, fresh, fruity aroma and may help ease nervous tension and stress-related discomfort.

Peppermint

Peppermint has a highly penetrating, grassy-minty aroma with camphoraceous notes.

Its purifying, stimulating, and invigorating character may help ease mental fatigue and nervous stress.
