As an energy medicine practitioner, I found that the less-concentrated options on the market did not meet my needs. I created a stronger formula to offer effective support for both energy cleansing and energy protection.  These smudging sprays are highly concentrated, so you only need a small amount each time.

Palo Santo

I chose Palo Santo for these blends because of its powerful role in psychic protection and energetic cleansing—both central to my approach to energy work.

Black Pepper

Black pepper is associated with the following energetic and uplifting qualities:

  • Releasing blocked energy and helping protect the energy body from negative energy.
  • Easing feelings of fear, fatigue, and low mood.
  • Encouraging energy and motivation for change.
  • Supporting an optimistic outlook on the outcomes you face.

Cedarwood

Cedarwood acts as a fixative, slowing the evaporation of the other essential oils to help the scent last longer. It anchors the blend, bringing the oils together in a cohesive, balanced aroma.

The cedar tree is also associated with strength and faith, making cedarwood a meaningful choice when preparing for sacred work.

Lavender

Lavender adds a reviving yet soothing quality to the blend and is known to help ease fatigue, nervous tension, and difficulty sleeping.

Lemon

Lemon has a light, fresh citrus aroma that is refreshing, uplifting, and energizing.

Litsea

Litsea has a fresh, lemony, fruity aroma that is uplifting, refreshing, and rejuvenating.

Peppermint

Peppermint has a highly penetrating, grassy-minty aroma with camphoraceous notes. Its purifying, stimulating, and invigorating character may help ease mental fatigue and nervous stress.

Wild Orange

Wild orange has a sweet, fresh, fruity aroma and may help ease nervous tension and stress-related discomfort.
